Girl, we couldn't get much higher.

I have no life. All my friends have a life, at least I think they do, but I do not.

If my friends have a life doesn't that mean I should too?

I have another essay to write. I'm getting tired of essays.

I don't get many text messages anymore. I'm never on my instant messenger. So the only time I'm in my friends lives is during our 30 min lunch or every other weekend.

I hate meating new people. I'm not funny around new people.

I watched Rose Marry's Baby today (1968?) It was pretty good.

Light My Fire- The Doors
You know that it would be untrue
You know that I would be a liar
If I was to say to you
Girl, we couldn't get much higher
Come on baby, light my fire
Come on baby, light my fire
Try to set the night on fire
The time to hesitate is through
No time to wallow in the mire
Try now we can only lose
And our love become a funeral pyre
Come on baby, light my fire
Come on baby, light my fire
Try to set the night on fire, yeah
The time to hesitate is through
No time to wallow in the mire
Try now we can only lose
And our love become a funeral pyre
Come on baby, light my fire
Come on baby, light my fire
Try to set the night on fire, yeah
You know that it would be untrue
You know that I would be a liar If
I was to say to you
Girl, we couldn't get much higher
Come on baby, light my fire
Come on baby, light my fire
Try to set the night on fire

The Doors went on The Ed Sullivan Show to play this song. The Doors were asked to not say "higher"; to change it to another word. The Doors agree to change "higher" to something else and go on to play. When it comes time for Jim to sing "Girl, we couldn't get much higher", he does. Of course he gets in troulbe and the network tells them that they will never play on the show again. Morrison responds by saying "Hey, man, so what, we just did the Sullivan show!"
